Semi-private sessions focus mainly on technical development, edge control and agility. For more advanced players there is added attention to over-speed training, resistance training, high speed puck control and shooting on the fly. 

Group Size
To enhance the learning environment the player /coach ratio will be 5:1 or less for all sessions.

Number of Sessions
There will be 6 sessions during the 2008/09 season (Sept-Feb). Each session will run once a week for 6 weeks, for a Total of 6 hrs on ice. Players are welcome and encouraged to sign-up for more then one session.

Registration
A player profile will be requested and players will be placed in a session that will best challenge their skills.

Cost
$150. plus GST. per session.
